I would like to get by with a little help from my friends like the Beatles
But really, I don't hang out with people anymore as of recently. I'm not going to text people everyday just because I feel bored. I have no problem staying home some days just watching tv and making bracelets (but still get ready because I REFUSE to spend my day in pajamas. Not my thing). But what really annoys me is that people don't ask me to hangout in the evenings especially because they assume I have dance. Which to give them credit, I do have dance 5 days a week. I just wish people could see how important dance is to me and how it is the biggest thing in my life. I'm so passionate about it that I don't really get bothered by the parties or concerts I miss because of dance. I am only improving myself when I go to the studio and if I want to see good results then you can bet anything that I'll miss a party to do that. I can only dance and compete for so long, and I have the rest of my life to improve my drinking skills. Where I'm going with this is that for the duration of high school, these people will be my "school friends" that I always talk to at school and for senior year we'll do stuff together. But quite honestly, none of them are my go to I'll-cry-and-complain-to-you-whenever-I-need-to friends because they won't get it. The passion behind what I do that may seem inconvenient, crazy, and redundant. If the jig movie comes back to Chicago I'm going to take everyone to see it and maybe next time they text me and I can't hangout because im practicing they'll realize what exactly I'm fighting for. This is why I still have faith in my dance friends. They get it and are going through the same grueling practices, stresss,and committmrmt that I am. Plus they don't go to the same school that I do so I don't have to worry about petty drama that happens. Because were all there for dance and only dance. Were all striving for the best and to be great at this talent we have. Who is anyone else to say that I'm boring when I'm the one improving myself and living my dream every time I treble out beautiful beats with my feet? Because I assume they haven't done anything productive with their day

Obviously this reminds me of the 2005 world series and the amazing White Sox team that won it! I just hated how some people that never heard this song before the world series thought that Journey wrote it just for the Sox. That would be nice but no, it's just their theme song for the world series.

Such a great song and this is possibly the first song I heard from Franz. At first I couldn't understand some parts of the song but now I sing it all the time and it is constantly stuck in my head.

Honestly, I can fall asleep to any slow and chill songs, but this one has been very recent. I hate falling asleep during songs though because I hate missing them. So if I fall asleep and then wake up in a pretty short time, i'll go back in my shuffle to listen to all the songs that I missed. Other fall asleep artists are Jack Johnson and Joshua Radin, fosh.

Okay, it's not the fact that I like this song, it's purely what it reminds me of. It reminds me of dance and especially Oireachtas weekend. This was seriously mine and my dance friends song for the month of November. There was a lot of times where we would be together all the time and for some reason this song was brought up, and it just kind of stuck. But truthfully, we just wish we were as cool as Willow (:

Song that makes you sad
Quiet In My Town by Civil Twilight
Other songs that make me sad are Landslide by Fleetwood Mac, I Shall Believe by Sheryl Crow, and In My Life by The Beatles. Seriously, this song has to make anyone that listens to it sad. Its literally about death and how it affects each person involved. I cried the first time I heard this song, maybe because of the scene it was playing in on One Tree Hill. On that note, i'm so fricking thankful for OTH also for their music. I've been introduced to so many of my now favorite bands because of the show. This song is so truthful about death and how the silence is unberable. I've never experienced someone dying that's close to me, thankfully, but this song just shows how you want someone to just say anything that will make the silence stop.

This song makes me think about last school year and my old group of friends. Yeah, we may have been crappy to each other every now and then but we had really great times. Once my friend got her license, we would blast this song every single time we were all in the car. This was seriously our anthem for some reason. I do miss my old group of friends, but hey. They're are plenty of other weirdos that I can spend my time with.
